Once upon a time, there was a little girl who lived in a village with her mother. The little girl had a beautiful red riding hood, and everyone in the village called her Little Red Riding Hood.

One day, Little Red Riding Hood's mother asked her to take a basket of food to her grandmother, who lived in the woods. Little Red Riding Hood set off through the woods, but she didn't know that a big, bad wolf was watching her.

The wolf caught up with Little Red Riding Hood and asked her where she was going. Little Red Riding Hood told him that she was going to her grandmother's house, and the wolf said that he would go with her.

The wolf and Little Red Riding Hood walked through the woods together, but the wolf took a shortcut and got to grandmother's house first. He knocked on the door, and grandmother let him in.

The wolf ate grandmother up and then put on her clothes. When Little Red Riding Hood arrived at the house, she knocked on the door, and the wolf said, "Come in, my dear." Little Red Riding Hood came in and said, "Grandmother, what big eyes you have!"

"The better to see you with, my dear," said the wolf.

"Grandmother, what big ears you have!" said Little Red Riding Hood.

"The better to hear you with, my dear," said the wolf.

"Grandmother, what a big mouth you have!" said Little Red Riding Hood.

"The better to eat you with, my dear!" said the wolf, and he ate Little Red Riding Hood up too.

But a hunter who was passing by heard Little Red Riding Hood's screams and came to her rescue. He killed the wolf and saved Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother.
