III. Procedure:

A. Warm-up (10 minutes):

B. Vocabulary Introduction (20 minutes):

Show pictures/flashcards of various clothing items. Pronounce each word clearly, emphasizing pronunciation and stress. Use repetition and choral drills to ensure students master the pronunciation. Introduce new vocabulary in context, using simple sentences such as "This is a shirt. It's blue." Categorize the items (e.g., tops, bottoms, outerwear, accessories) to help students organize the information.

C. Adjective Practice (15 minutes):

Introduce adjectives commonly used to describe clothes: color (red, blue, green, etc.), size (small, medium, large, etc.), material (cotton, silk, wool, etc.), and style (formal, casual, stylish, etc.). Use sentence completion exercises: "The dress is _______ (color) and _______ (size)." Encourage students to create their own sentences describing the clothes in the pictures.

D. Grammar Focus: Possessive Pronouns and Present Continuous (15 minutes):

F. Wrap-up and Homework (5 minutes):

Review the key vocabulary and grammar points. Assign homework: a short writing assignment describing an outfit or a shopping experience, using the learned vocabulary and grammar.

IV. Assessment:

Assess student learning through observation during class activities, participation in discussions, and evaluation of the homework assignment. Pay attention to pronunciation, vocabulary usage, and grammatical accuracy.

V. Differentiation:

For lower-level students, simplify the vocabulary and grammar exercises. Provide more visual aids and support. For higher-level students, challenge them with more complex sentence structures and open-ended discussions. Encourage them to use more sophisticated vocabulary to describe clothing.
