Objectives:* Students will be able to identify and name 10 different fruits in English.
* Students will be able to use descriptive adjectives to describe fruits.
* Students will be able to create sentences using fruit vocabulary.
Materials:* Real fruit (or pictures of fruit)
* Whiteboard or chart paper
* Markers
* Fruit flashcards
* Sentence strips
Procedure:1. Introduction (5 minutes)
* Begin by asking students if they like fruit.
* Show students a piece of fruit and ask them what it is.
* Write the English word for the fruit on the board.
2. Vocabulary Presentation (10 minutes)
* Repeat the previous step for 9 more fruits.
* As you introduce each fruit, ask students to describe it using descriptive adjectives.
* Write the adjectives on the board.
3. Vocabulary Practice (10 minutes)
* Play a game of "Simon Says." Give students commands using fruit vocabulary, such as "Simon says touch the apple" or "Simon says find the orange."
* Pass out fruit flashcards to students. Have students walk around the room and find other students with the same fruit.
4. Sentence Building (10 minutes)
* Write the following sentence on the board: "I like to eat apples."
* Ask students to help you complete the sentence using different fruits.
* Write the completed sentences on the board.
