We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals for a variety of roles, including but not limited to:
Servers/Waitstaff: We're looking for experienced servers who are fluent in both Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle high-volume service are essential. Prior experience in a fine dining establishment is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a proven track record of success in customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering questions about our menu, and ensuring a positive dining experience for each guest. Knowledge of Spanish wines and tapas is a plus.
Bartenders: Our ideal bartender will be proficient in crafting classic and innovative cocktails, possess a deep understanding of spirits, and be able to provide exceptional customer service. Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese is a must, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Spanish cocktails and tapas pairings is highly valued.
Hosts/Hostesses: The host/hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting patrons, managing reservations, seating guests, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and Mandarin Chinese are critical, along with a positive and professional attitude. Experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus.
Kitchen Staff (various roles): We are also seeking experienced kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants. While fluency in Spanish is advantageous for communication within the kitchen team, Mandarin Chinese proficiency is not mandatory for these roles. However, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. Experience with Spanish cuisine is preferred but not always required for some positions. We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in preparing traditional Spanish tapas and paella.
